Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Havenmere care home, Immingham. The role covers general maintenance, decorating and outdoor tasks, ensuring the home remains safe and welcoming for residents, staff and visitors. You’ll work 35 hours per week at Havenmere with an up-to-date electrical certificate in view.

Qualifications

• Broad range of maintenance skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to work towards an 18th-edition Electrical Certificate

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of fabrics, fittings and equipment
• Decorating and decorating tasks around the home
• Gardening and outdoor maintenance
• Plumbing and tiling as required
• Carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks
• Contribute to a safe and welcoming home for residents, staff and visitors
