Job summary

Exemplar Health Care’s Havenmere care home in Immingham is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the fabric, fittings and equipment are safe and well-presented for residents, staff and visitors. You will perform general maintenance, decorating, gardening, plumbing and tiling, while completing regular risk assessments and checks to uphold high standards of care.

We value someone with broad maintenance skills, good IT literacy, and a collaborative, caring approach.
