Job summary

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Brook in Bath to cover 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm on a rota. You will handle routine fixes and planned maintenance to keep residents safe and the building welcoming.

You’ll oversee statutory compliance, manage exterior waste bins, and be the go-to maintenance expert with a practical, hands-on mindset. The role supports a 335-bed property with strong resident focus.

Qualifications

• Solid background in maintenance.
• Hands-on approach to fixes and repairs.
• Ability to work on reactive and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Ensure statutory compliance for the building.
• Manage large external waste bins and keep the area tidy.
