Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Biscuit Factory, a 724-bed property. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, to keep the building safe and well-maintained for residents.

You will perform reactive repairs, planned maintenance and ensure statutory compliance, while managing external waste bins and contributing to a welcoming living environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in large buildings.
• Ability to carry out reactive repairs and planned maintenance.
• Good problem-solving and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor reactive repairs and planned maintenance to ensure building is safe and welcoming.
• Ensure statutory compliance for the building.
• Manage commercial waste bins stored outside the building.
