Maintenance Technician

Salary: £40,000-£47,000 + Shifts (4 on, 4 off) + Training + Company Benefits

Are you experienced with the maintenance of both Electrical and Mechanical machinery and looking to join a company that offers work-life balance due to shift patterns and job security?

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced maintenance technician to gain training on a variety of equipment within a clean, modern working facility, alongside a close-knit team of engineers.

This family-run business has grown year on year and has exciting plans for the coming months and years. They are known for taking care of their staff and investing in their facilities. Due to their continued success, they are looking to add an additional engineer to support their facilities team.

The day-to-day responsibilities include carrying out Planned and Preventative maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical machinery, diagnosing faults, repairing, and maintaining equipment. The role involves 4 on, 4 off 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule of 2-day and 2-night shifts.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a multiskilled (electrical and mechanical) engineering background
• Experience with machinery such as crushers, conveyors, mixers, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication
