Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Heathrow Windsor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep hotel facilities and equipment in top condition, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff. You will support the Engineering Manager and handle a range of maintenance tasks.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in keeping our hotel facilities and equipment in top condition, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff.

What you’ll be doing & what we’re looking for:

• Support the Engineering Manager and Supervisor in maintaining all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Handle a range of tasks including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance.
• Respond to repair requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure safe operation, and follow all health and safety protocols.
• Be a proactive team player with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Previous maintenance experience is preferred, but strong DIY or trade skills are also welcomed.

This is a full time role (40 hours / 5 days per week) working a variety of early and late shifts Monday to Sunday.
