Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 Based on Experience


Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The Role

We’re looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to support our fit-out projects. You’ll handle general maintenance, repairs, and installations across client sites—no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

Basic carpentry (e.g. assembling furniture, installing shelves)

General repairs (e.g. fixing door handles, patching walls, unblocking drains)

Light painting, decorating, plumbing, and electrical work

Safe moving and handling of materials

Assisting with furniture and equipment installations

Keeping work areas clean and following health & safety rules

Reporting issues to the Project Manager

Helping with site setup and breakdown when needed

What You’ll Need

Full UK Driving Licence

Valid CSCS card

Maintenance experience in a similar role

Confidence using tools and working safely

A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Good communication and teamwork skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice to Have (But Not Essential)

Experience in office fit-outs

Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge

Painting and decorating experience

First Aid certification
