Job summary

Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a leading BTR business in Croydon. You will be the on-site go-to person for maintenance across buildings, grounds, amenities and communal areas, ensuring everything is clean, safe and functioning, while delivering friendly resident service.

You’ll diagnose faults, carry out repairs, keep records and liaise with residents to provide excellent customer experiences, working within a collaborative team that values

I'm currently recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join the operational team of a leading BTR business.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be the go-to person for all maintenance on site, keeping buildings, grounds, amenities and communal areas clean, safe and working properly. You'll also be a friendly face for residents, so great customer service matters as much as technical skill.

What you'll be doing:
