Job summary

Catch 22 is recruiting Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team across Greater London and North London. You will carry out first-time fixes and general maintenance in occupied residential properties, using mobile technology and delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade, multi-trade maintenance experience, knowledge of social housing, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant trade is required.
• Experience across multiple trades within maintenance is essential.
• Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are important.
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems is a plus.

We're looking to speak to skilled Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.

There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.

Ideal Candidate

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar)
• Multi-trade maintenance experience
• Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

This is a full time, permanent role paying around £45,000.
