Probe UK Limited in Bilston is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to support our growing plant and automation capabilities.

Join our DAYS based maintenance team to perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of production plant and equipment, including PLC controls and robotics, in a stable engineering environment. Applicants must have electrical qualifications and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Formal electrical qualifications to City & Guilds or NVQ standard.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance in high-volume automated production.
• Experience with PLC controls and robotics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on production plant and equipment.
• Work within a small but effective team to maintain uptime and safety.
• Support continuous improvement and plant reliability initiatives.

Duties of a Maintenance Technician:

Working within a small but effective team you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance to our wide range of production plant & equipment.

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

As a maintenance technician you must hold formal electrical qualifications to either a City & Guilds or NVQ standard, allied ideally having undertaken an electrical apprenticeship.

In addition you must also have experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment within high volume automated production or manufacturing environment, where you have gained exposure to supporting Plc controls and Robots.
