Nova Artes Engineering is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Handyman in the United Kingdom. The role covers both planned preventative maintenance and reactive service across multiple sites, with a base salary of £30,000 plus door-to-door travel, overtime and a company vehicle. OTE is £45,000+.

You will perform PPMs, fault finding, emergency lighting tests and plumbing tasks while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. A DBS check and a full UK driving license are required.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance/handyman experience essential.
• Plumbing experience essential.
• Good understanding of compliance tasks (fire, water hygiene, etc.).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Clear DBS check (essential).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) in line with schedules.
• Responding to reactive maintenance calls and fault finding.

We are currently looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands‑on role covering both planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive service and repair across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Good all‑round knowledge of building maintenance services
• Basic understanding of compliance tasks (fire, water hygiene, etc.)
• Plumbing experience essential
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Clear DBS check (essential)
