Job summary

Owen Daniels in Aldershot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join a busy maintenance team within a manufacturing environment. You will perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a range of machinery, helping to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

The role is permanent with a 39‑hour week and an hourly rate of £18‑£20. Applicants should have strong mechanical maintenance experience with lathes, mills, grinders, furnaces and related

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical maintenance experience within manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience maintaining manual or CNC machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Experience with production machinery or furnaces would be beneficial.
• A hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get involved.
• Mechanical engineering apprenticeship or Level 3 NVQ / City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).

Responsibilities
