Stirling Warrington Limited is recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader in Telford. The role is a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (days and nights) on a factory floor with automated machinery across process and packaging departments.

You will lead a small team, oversee repairs, and ensure smooth operation of pumps, conveyors, valves, heat exchangers and packaging lines. Strong electrical qualifications are required.

Competenze

• Experience as multi-skilled maintenance engineer with supervisory/team-leader exposure.
• Level 2/3 electrical qualification is essential.
• Fast-paced production environment experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Hands-on leadership of a small maintenance team on shift.
• Oversee maintenance on pumps, valves, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Support progression routes into senior roles within the maintenance function.
