Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a multi‑skilled maintenance team leader to manage a team of four shift engineers in a fast‑paced, automated food/beverage manufacturing facility. You will drive health and safety compliance, lead performance reviews, improve OEE, identify skill gaps, and deliver structured training to maximise capability.

The role offers a £72,225 salary including shift allowance and 3 on 3 off days/nights, with generous benefits and opportunities to expand

Qualifications

• Proven prior experience as a maintenance/engineering team leader in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
• Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 / HNC/D in a maintenance/engineering related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience leading a midsized team in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety procedures and policies at all times
• Lead a team of 4 shift engineers including performance management and reviews, and operational handovers
• Lead engineering/maintenance activities across the shift including asset performance to maximise OEE, continuous improvement, breakdown resolution via RCA.
• Identifying skill gaps within your team and delivering structured training plans to maximize capability of the team
