Job summary

Stirling Warrington Limited in Telford is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a global manufacturing operation. You will maintain and repair pumps, valves, heat exchangers, conveyors and robotics on a fast-paced production line, with a strong emphasis on uptime and reliability.

The role offers 4on/4off days and nights, overtime opportunities, and progression routes to team leader/supervisor and Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer.
• Knowledge of pumps, pneumatics, conveyors, valves, packaging machines advantageous.
• Level 2/3 electrical qualification mandatory.
• Experience in fast-paced production environment.
• Proactive attitude with clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair pumps, valves, heat exchangers, conveyors and packaging lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults on automated equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and machine uptime across two factory departments.
