Job Title: Maintenance Team Leader

I'm currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance operations at our client's factory near Bridgwater.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all machinery and equipment, managing the tooling workshop, and leading the maintenance team.

Our client is a unique design and manufacturer operating in over 50 countries. We are seeking someone with a strong background in Engineering or Manufacturing, ideally in a similar maintenance role.

Essential Requirements / Experience:

• Experience as a maintenance team leader in a manufacturing environment, or as a senior maintenance engineer with the motivation and aptitude to step into a leadership role.
• Experience using a CMMS and improving its effectiveness.
• Experience managing maintenance in accordance with BS 14200 or an equivalent maintenance management system is desirable.

Salary Package / Benefits:

• Competitive annual salary circa £38,000 - £40,000.
• Competitive package including bonus.

The Role:

• Oversee maintenance operations at our client's factory, ensuring machinery and equipment function efficiently.
• Manage the tooling workshop and lead the maintenance team.
• Implement effective maintenance strategies and KPIs to drive performance.
• Support engineering projects and facilities tasks.
• Work with the production team to introduce Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to the site.
