Home Group Limited is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our Repairs and Maintenance team. You will inspect homes, identify issues, arrange repairs and oversee works to ensure quality, compliance and excellent customer outcomes.

The role requires a relevant surveying qualification (HNC/HND or Degree), MCIOB, and knowledge of housing legislation and CDM. It is a hybrid role with two days in the office and includes a generous benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• HNC, HND or Degree in Surveying or Construction-related discipline.
• MCIOB and strong post-qualification experience.
• PCAQT and HHSRS qualification, or willingness to complete it after joining us.
• Strong understanding of building pathology and ability to diagnose complex works.

Circa £50,000 to £55,000 pa (depending on experience) plus up to 34 days leave + Health Cash Plan

Qualifications

• HNC, HND or Degree in Surveying or a Construction-related discipline
• MCIOB and strong post-qualification experience
• PCAQT and HHSRS qualification, or willingness to complete it after joining us
• Strong understanding of building pathology and ability to diagnose complex works such as subsidence. Current knowledge of relevant housing and building legislation and experience of Construction Design Management (CDM) client and design side.

Practical bits

• You'll work Monday to Friday.
• This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days in the office and the rest working across your patch and from home
• You need to be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle insured for business purposes. We'll pay for your business mileage
• You need a Basic DBS check done, and we also pay for that
