Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in Portsmouth. This hands-on supervisory role oversees planned and reactive maintenance across client sites, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards. The role requires leadership of engineers, on-call duties, and adherence to site policies.

The position is based in Portsmouth, with a 40-hour week (Mon–Fri) and on-call obligations. Candidates should hold City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or an equivalent electrical

• Ability to obtain SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver electrical maintenance and repair works across multiple client sites.
• Ensure all planned preventive maintenance is completed in line with schedules and contractual requirements.
• Lead, manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring compliance with Mitie and site Health & Safety policies.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS and site rules.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and actively participate in training, appraisals, and development activities.

Education

City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent electrical qualification

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Portsmouth

Working: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (with on call) - 7:30am - 4pm

Salary: Upto £45,000

We're looking for an Engineering Lead /Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across three client sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, combining technical expertise with leadership and compliance responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
