Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service and interpersonal communication to interact with residents and staff.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to identify and fix problems.
• Strong reading, writing, and documentation skills for policy and records.
• Experience with basic maintenance planning and safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Respond to work orders and perform routine maintenance to meet safety and quality standards.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling repairs.
