A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Maintenance Supervisor at Thames Riviera Hotel, Maidenhead

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:

The ideal candidate will be a capable, self-motivated team player with a positive approach to problem-solving! You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of maintenance activities, managing a range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks reported from all departments of the hotel & guests.

To succeed in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you will need the following qualities and skills:

• Can create and implement a robust PPM programme across all areas of the hotel.
• Has extensive knowledge of Fire and H&S Regulations, can maintain compliance documentation up to date.
• Assist with H&S Audit and EHO Visits.
• Has good communication skills, can arrange emergency callouts, request work quotations, and manage the onsite activity of contractors.
