Boden Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee engineers and specialist contractors across a portfolio of commercial properties in London. This hands-on role blends technical maintenance with day-to-day supervision and contractor management.

The portfolio is expanding, with more than 20 buildings onboarded over the next 12 months, creating an opportunity to support a growing maintenance operation.

• Commercial maintenance and engineering experience in a property portfolio.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capabilities.

The Role

As The Maintenance Supervisor, You'll

• Supervise and provide technical support to maintenance engineers and specialist contractors.
• Complete planned maintenance, servicing, fault‑finding and reactive repairs.
• Diagnose technical faults with a strong focus on effective first‑time fixes.
• Manage contractors, site inspections and maintenance‑related works.
• Support preventative maintenance and compliance across the property portfolio.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About You

• Proven commercial maintenance and engineering experience.
• Strong technical, diagnostic and fault‑finding capabilities.
• Previous experience supervising maintenance engineers or specialist contractors.
• The confidence to remain hands‑on while supporting the wider engineering team.
• Excellent communication, organisation and client‑facing skills.
• A proactive approach to health and safety, compliance and preventative maintenance.
• The ability to work confidently and independently.
• The right to work in the UK.
