Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a dedicated Wellness Centre Cleaner for our American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing. This full-time role runs 35 hours per week, with a permanent contract and a deadline of 5 November 2026.

You will maintain spa hygiene, perform pool chemical tests, and support the wellness facilities to a high standard. The successful candidate will have cleaning experience, strong attention to detail and good written communication skills to support

Qualifications

• Proven cleaning experience with a track record of high hygiene standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and accurate data entry abilities.

Responsabilités

• Perform deep-cleaning of Spa, sleep pods, treatment rooms and gym.
• Open and close the spa and monitor pool chemical tests.
• Maintain inventory and restock cleaning supplies.

Help us ensure the wellness centre is maintained to the highest standards

As a Wellness Centre Cleaner, you will play a key role in maintaining flawless hygiene standards across our world-class facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve executing deep-cleaning routines in our Spa, sleep pods, treatment rooms, and the men's first team gym. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the spa, conducting essential pool chemical tests, and monitoring inventory levels for cleaning supplies.

About you

Are you friendly and welcoming? Do you thrive working in a team environment? If so, then keep reading! You must be competent and experienced in completing cleaning tasks, with a proven track record of delivering high standards of work. You will have strong problem-solving skills and excellent written communication skills. Accurate data entry skills and an eye for detail are also essential.
