Job summary

Catch 22 Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh. The role oversees a small maintenance team, coordinates both planned and reactive works, and ensures safety and compliance across the site.

The position is temporary ongoing with a salary around £42,000 per annum, offering a chance to progress into a permanent role in the future. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in mechanical, electrical or building services.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and compliance.
• Ability to manage planned and reactive maintenance schedules.
• Must be able to start immediately and drive.

You'll lead a small maintenance team, manage contractors and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Key Duties

• Monitoring building services, plant and equipment

About You

• Previous maintenance supervisory experience
• Good understanding of building maintenance and compliance
• Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
• Mechanical, electrical or general building services background - Minimum of NVQ 3 Level is a must have
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to start immediately and happy working on a temporary on going basis
• Must be able to drive
