Reporting To

Engineering Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead processes to maintain and preserve the efficiency of equipment, production lines, and facilities, optimizing technical and financial resources. You will oversee routine and extraordinary maintenance, manage technical documentation, and ensure safety and reliability improvements. You will work on defining maintenance plans for new lines, solving technical issues, proposing process improvements, and responding to operational emergencies.

Work Schedule and Model

The candidate will work on a PM shift: Monday to Thursday (2pm-10:15pm) and Friday (12pm-6pm). The role is onsite, contributing to the Electrification Installation Products Division at Coleshill. Main stakeholders include Engineering, Production, and Quality departments. The candidate should be open to shift rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with maintenance activities and CMMS systems, including data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Good communication skills across all levels
• Manufacturing background, preferably in conduit production machinery
• Machining experience with tools like lathes, mills, grinders, welders
• Understanding of conduit system products
