Job summary

Brainkind in Liverpool is seeking a Maintenance Worker/Driver to manage the upkeep of our site at Eastfields and ensure smooth operation of building services. The role requires hands-on maintenance, basic repairs, and a valid driving licence.

You will contribute to a safe, accessible environment for our services and residents. The package includes a salary of £13.04 per hour plus £1 extra for bank holidays and weekends, 28 hours per week, and a range of benefits including a Health Cash Plan and

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Knowledge of COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks.
• Undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration as requested.
• Maintain security features including fencing, lighting, CCTV and other features where fitted.
• Carry out basic repairs internally and externally.
