Job summary

Brainkind is seeking a Maintenance Worker/Driver in Glasgow to join our charity team. You will manage site maintenance, ensure smooth operation of building services, and perform minor refurbishments at the Eastfields site within our neurological support centre.

This full-time role requires a valid driving license and strong communication skills. You will work Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including Health Cash Plan and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• A driving license is essential.
• Awareness/knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation.
• Knowledge of COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring checks.
• Undertake minor refurbishment and redecoration to service areas.
• Maintain security features including perimeter fencing, lighting, CCTV and other fitted elements.
• Carry out basic repairs internally and externally.
