R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Maintenance Shop Foreman at our Oxford, MA Service Center.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Performs the preventative and day-to-day maintenance and repair on heavy-duty tractors and forklifts.
• All repairs and major repairs on trucks and forklifts.
• Truck, forklift and dry van trailer experience is mandatory.
• Experience with air brakes, clutches, electrical repairs, PM's, lift-gates, overhead door repair, etc.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of tractor/trailers (air brakes, clutches, diesel engines, lights and electrical repairs).
