Job summary

Siemens Energy in Hull, United Kingdom, is seeking a Maintenance Shift Team Lead to oversee and plan all maintenance activities in the Blade Production Facility and lead a dedicated team. You will ensure machinery and plant equipment are maintained to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, while driving improvement initiatives and maintaining EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing or energy facility.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes to reduce downtime.
• Experience coaching new starters and providing induction training.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance tasks per quality guidelines and EHS requirements.
• Assign tasks and provide first level troubleshooting for issues.
• Lead technically as Senior Technician while performing Maintenance Operative duties 60–80% of the time.
• Coach team members and oversee induction and training of new starters.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards.
