Energy Jobline ZR in Paisley is seeking a Maintenance Services Manager to support a busy Estates team. You will oversee day-to-day building maintenance activities and manage contractors and in-house trades staff.

The role requires experience in managing maintenance in large estates, leading teams, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The position offers full-time hours (35 per week) with an immediate start and potential long-term temporary placement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance services in a large estate, facilities or property environment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience using CAFM or maintenance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Responding to maintenance issues and operational incidents as required
