An established industry player is seeking a Maintenance Services Engineer to ensure the smooth running of engineering services in their London office. This role involves working on a variety of modern plant and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a recognized trade apprenticeship, relevant qualifications, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Maintenance Services Engineers are responsible for ensuring the cost-effective, smooth running, environmentally sound and sustainable design and maintenance of engineering services in our buildings. Areas of responsibility include all equipment and materials involved with heating, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, public health, fire protection, safety systems, lifts, escalators, facade engineering and acoustics. The engineers' rota is based on 8 weeks and rolling and the team work on an average 36.75 hours per week. This is an onsite role at the London office.
