Job summary

Barry Callebaut is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plans for the UK plant, coordinating between Planning and Operations and ensuring tasks are executed on time with minimal production disruption.

You will lead technicians, maintain CMMS records, align schedules with production, monitor safety and equipment readiness, and collaborate with production and engineering teams to uphold GMP and HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of maintenance scheduling and resource management.
• Experience using CMMS or scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Coordinate timing and assignment of technicians based on availability and skill.
• Align maintenance with production plans to minimize downtime.
• Monitor resources and ensure timely documentation in the CMMS.
• Support safety, environmental and food-safety standards.
