Confidential in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Planner / Scheduler to coordinate works for 8-10 engineers, with onsite office-based hours Monday to Friday 8-5. The role offers a permanent contract with a starting salary of £29,600 plus excellent benefits including pension, holiday entitlement, parking, and wellbeing initiatives.

You will schedule jobs, monitor workflows, prepare WIP reports and liaise with supervisors to ensure timely, quality service for tenants and customers in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Planning/Scheduling or Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.
• Used to a busy fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently scheduling works, (managing 8-10 engineers) ensuring the right trades are allocated, and managing appointments geographically for optimal travel efficiency.
• Monitoring and administering workflows to exceed targets, identifying follow-on works, and reporting trends to management for system review.
• Producing and communicating Work in Progress (WIP) reports for routine and void works to align with targets.
• Collaborating with Supervisors and Managers to enhance service delivery and productivity by reviewing diaries and ensuring works are ready to commence.
• Addressing customer and tenant queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintaining up-to-date databases and assisting with supply and material information from approved suppliers for jobs to be carried out.
