Job summary

L&Q Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join the Healthy Homes team, acting as the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders. You will coordinate damp and mould cases under Awaab's Law, manage contractor repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and effectively.

The role is based in London (Stratford) or Manchester (Trafford), with hybrid working and 35 hours per week, offering a London-weighted

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills.
• You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising prioritisation and time management techniques.

Responsibilities
