Job summary

Reed is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Leader to take accountability for the site's maintenance, reliability and project delivery function within a process manufacturing environment. You will drive asset performance, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with operations and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, reliability and engineering project delivery at the site.
• Drive preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies to maximise availability.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, controls and instrumentation assets with focus on reliability.
• Oversee maintenance planning, CMMS usage and backlog management.
• Support CAPEX and OPEX projects from concept through commissioning.
• Lead contractor management and RAMS reviews.
• Foster a safety-first culture across operations.
