Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance in FMCG or building services sectors.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills and attention to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Schedule work orders and track completion.
• Monitor downtime and maintenance costs.
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers safely.
• Maintain records of inspections, permits and compliance.
• Support inventory management of spare parts.
• Collaborate with management, production, engineering, quality.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures, schedules, and documentation.
