Job summary

JLR's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre in Wolverhampton is recruiting a Maintenance Process Leader to drive proactive maintenance strategies and ensure high uptime in a fast-paced production environment.

You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, own asset history and budgets using SAP, and collaborate with production, R&M, suppliers and contractors to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing.
• NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Confident user of SAP and modern maintenance technologies.

In the Manufacturing team at JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC), you’ll help power iconic electric cars. We have an opportunity for the right person to join our electrification maintenance team at the EPMC in Wolverhampton.

You will be working a long side 4 other maintenance process leaders and will have a team TL’s and IMT’s reporting directly into you. This role will be aligned to one of the technologies within EDU/BATTERY.

• Confident user of SAP and modern maintenance technologies.
• Experience with Lean systems, safety standards and compliance.
