Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep club equipment in top condition and ensure safety for members and staff. You will maintain facilities across our clubs, delivering excellent service daily.

Ideal candidates have carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills, a valid STA Pool Plant Operator qualification, and a clean driving licence to travel regionally. Strong communication and listening abilities are essential for seamless teamwork.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or single phase electrics.
• Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence with ability to travel between clubs in the region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all club equipment is fully functioning and safe.
• Maintain high standards of maintenance to support a great member experience, 7 days a week.
• Travel between clubs within the region to perform maintenance duties.
