Invictus Group is recruiting a Maintenance Plumber for a large industrial facility in Southampton, near Fawley. This role involves hands-on plumbing maintenance on a major site.

Join a dedicated engineering team on a long-term contract with Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, offering up to £38,000 basic salary and permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent.
• Strong plumbing maintenance background.
• Experience in commercial/industrial facilities.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across plumbing and mechanical building services.
• Completing repairs, fault finding and general maintenance across site plumbing systems.
• Working on pipework, valves, pumps, water systems and associated mechanical equipment.
• Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Working closely with the wider engineering team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with site procedures and statutory compliance.

Maintenance Plumber

Location: Fawley, Southampton – Large Industrial Facility

Salary: £38,000 | Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Plumber to join a leading FM Engineering Maintenance provider, working on a prestigious large industrial facility in Southampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled plumber to join a long-term maintenance contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a complex, high-profile site.

The Role

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across plumbing and mechanical building services.
• Completing repairs, fault finding and general maintenance across site plumbing systems.
