Reports to: Client Account Manager

Your Purpose:

To deliver exceptional property services to all our customers and clients which align with key performance indicators and targets, ensuring high standards are consistently met together with observing all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

Act like an owner and put customers first.

What you’re responsible for:

  1. Trade Related tasks
  2. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks allocated by our Client Account Managers or Administrators.
  3. Order supplier parts and manage van stock.
  4. Participate in out of hours call out rota as required.
  5. Provide recommendations and solutions to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
  6. Take measurements, estimate labour and identify materials required for follow-on works.
  7. Support other trades when required.

Compliance

  1. Provide timely and accurate electronic worksheets/timesheets, paper-based documents, and detailed reports.
  2. Provide before and after photos of work completed.
  3. Ensure 100% adherence to client scanning on/off requirements.
  4. Maintain and exercise divergence with company equipment, highlighting defects to line managers when required.
  5. Drive in a safe and diligent manner, observing road traffic legislation and parking best practices in line with company policy.

Internal and External Customer Relations

  1. Maintain a professional image of the company at all times, while maintaining and building effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  2. Maintain a flow of detailed information to Client Account Managers or Administrators.
  3. Help to resolve any client-related issues or disputes.
  4. Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy and carry out work in a safe manner, adhering to company policy, procedures, and risk & method statements.
  5. Assist in monitoring practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  6. Report any H&S issues to management.
  7. Undertake robust site-specific risk assessments.

Trade specific Qualifications/Skills

  1. Previous reactive maintenance experience.
  2. 2 years plumbing experience ideally specialising in serving, repairing, and maintenance.
  3. NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent (level 2 will be considered with the right experience).
  4. Full UK driving license and experience navigating Central London.
  5. Good IT Skills and proficiency working via a PDA/mobile device.
  6. Excellent customer service/client-facing skills.

General

  1. Comply with companywide policies and procedures.
  2. Participate in training activities, departmental meetings, and toolbox talks.
  3. Carry out other duties consistent with the post holder’s knowledge and skills.
  4. Comply with company’s equal opportunities policy.
