Qualifications

  • Mechanically qualified engineer in plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building services.

Responsibilities

  • Repairing toilets and sinks.
  • Unblocking toilets.
  • Water hygiene maintenance and inspections.
  • Pipework inspections and repairs.
  • Minor installation works.
  • Maintenance of pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs.
  • Flexible in helping other trades on site.
  • Planned and reactive works.
  • Water treatment (temperature checks, not dosing).
  • General building fabric maintenance.
  • Escort specialist subcontractors.

Skills

Responsibilities
  • Repairing Toilets and Sinks

Work Pattern
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 07:00 – 16:00 / 10:00 - 19:00
