Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Abingdon, Oxford area? My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
2. Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive tasks efficiently
3. Undertake minor project installation tasks
4. Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations

Package:

1. Salary: Up to GBP38,000 per annum
2. Holiday: 33 days leave
3. Pension: Comprehensive pension plan
4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Requirements:

1. Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience
2. Ability to obtain DBS clearance
