You should understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Maintaining high energy levels while working efficiently and productively is essential.

You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, assisting the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining equipment and the building in excellent condition. You'll coordinate with external contractors to ensure repairs are completed with minimal disruption to customers. As a key team member, you'll support colleagues and demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards inside and outside the restaurant.
