Job summary

Sanctuary Care Limited in Worcestershire is seeking a Maintenance Operative at Beechwood Residential Care Home in Upton-Upon-Severn. The role offers £14.00 per hour for 39 hours per week and a supportive, award-winning workplace culture that values belonging and career growth.

You will access practical training in plumbing and essential repairs, carry out safety checks, and maintain the home to a high standard while coordinating with residents, families, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in minor repairs, basic plumbing and DIY.
• Understanding of health and safety protocols (Legionella awareness desirable).
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Valid driving licence and access to transport.
• Confidence using an iPad or laptop for compliance tasks.
