Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team in Chorley. You will help keep our facilities safe, well-maintained and fully functional seven days a week, ensuring high member satisfaction. The role requires carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills and a Pool Plant Operators qualification.

A full driving licence and willingness to travel between clubs within the region are essential, as is strong communication and teamwork to support a thriving club environment.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or single-phase electrics.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is functioning to support a safe environment.
• Maintain club facilities and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Support safety of members and colleagues during daily operations.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a high-quality member experience.
• Travel between clubs within the region as needed.
