Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will help ensure all equipment is operating reliably and contribute to a safe environment for members and staff.

The role requires technical skills in carpentry/plumbing/electrics, a Pool Plant Operators qualification, and a valid driving licence to travel between clubs within the region.

Qualifications

• Essential: technical skills or discipline (e.g. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics).
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all club equipment is fully functioning.
• Prioritise safety of members and colleagues in daily operations.
• Contribute to a thriving, inclusive culture across clubs.
