Cygnet Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative for our hospital at Cygnet Nield House. You will perform day-to-day maintenance to keep the facility safe, functional and well-maintained, supporting patients and staff across two wards.
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with on-call duties and travel to other sites as required. A valid driving licence and hands-on maintenance skills are essential.

We are looking for a confident Maintenance Operative to carry out a range of day-to-day maintenance tasks in order to ensure the hospital is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Nield House.
You will be working full time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Cygnt Nield House is a 29-bed mental health hospital for women. The hospital is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health services.
a14 bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder and co-morbid disordered eating.
a 15 bed acute service for women. The service provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission.
Salary: £13.15 per hour
