Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited in Felixstowe is looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role covers upkeep of Foxgrove and Maynell House, with painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work.

You will help keep residents safe and comfortable; previous experience in gardening, decorating and basic plumbing/electrical work is required. The position is full-time at 35 hours per week, £13.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full-time maintenance role with 35 hours per week across two homes.

Healthcare Homes are recruiting for a full-time maintenance operative to join our team.

Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work you will play a key role in always keeping our residents safe and comfortable.

Previous experience within gardening, decorating and basic plumbing and electrical work is required for this role
