Temporary Maintenance Operative - Student Accommodation

Location: Salford

Hours: 20 hours per week

Duration: 4 weeks

Pay: £13 - £14 per hour

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing things? We're looking for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to support our student accommodation site in Salford for a short-term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the property


• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner


• Ensure communal areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained


• Assist with room inspections and minor refurbishments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role


• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, and general repairs


• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently


• Friendly and approachable, with good communication skills
