2 x Maintenance Operatives Urgently Required!!

£16.23 per hour! Plus Overtime

Temporary to Permanent (Based on merit, could be permanent after 4 weeks)

Working Hours: Monday- Thursday 7.45 – 4.30, Friday 07.45 – 3.30

The Role of The Maintenance Operative:

• Refurbish and fit out the complete range of modular buildings to the highest possible standards.
• You will work on the Modular building in the Yard.
• The company offers a wide range of training and upskilling throughout the employment.
• You will, for the first few months, shadow another team member who will provide training and support.

Duties of the Maintenance Operative:

• Rip out and clean the Modular building once back from site.
• Painting and decorating the internal and external of the building.
• Basic joinery, including partition walls, doors, and windows.
• Plumbing duties, including sink and toilet assembly, waste and drainage, copper and push fit fittings.
• Electrics of sockets, heaters, lighting, etc., supporting in the preparation and first fix under the supervision of an electrician.
• General fit out and refurb both on and off site.
• Installation and dismantling of all buildings.
• Maintenance of tools.
• Report any damages to the team.
• Help and support the movement of buildings on and off site.

Requirements:

• MUST have a Full UK driving License.
• Maintenance or handyman experience.
• Basic joinery and construction skills.
