We are looking for a talented Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role is for 20 hours per week.

Role responsibilities include:

• Reporting to the Head of Property and working closely with the General Manager on a daily basis.
• Completing weekly facility checks and maintaining records.
• Proactively preventing, identifying, and repairing property issues.
• Maintaining high standards to ensure the hotel is always presented well.
• Handling reactive maintenance tasks daily.
• Planning and executing planned improvement works using your trade skills.
• Coordinating, supervising, and approving work with third-party contractors.
• Supporting colleagues during property emergencies, even off duty.
• Logging and tracking repairs and quotes via our facilities management system.
